The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience, while maintaining compliance with US employment standards and company policies.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for US-based new hires and consultants. - Prepare and send offer letters, onboarding documents, and ensure all compliance forms are completed. - Verify work authorization documents (W2, C2C, 1099, OPT, H1B, GC, US Citizen). - Collaborate with Recruitment, Payroll, and Accounts teams to ensure timely onboarding and payroll setup. - Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases for all onboarded candidates. - Ensure compliance with company policies and US labor regulations. - Communicate onboarding updates with consultants and resolve any queries.Requirements:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in US onboarding. - Familiarity with US employment types and visa categories. - Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
