This role involves talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll processing, benefits administration and compliance management. The HR Executive works closely with management to foster a positive work environment, support workforce planning and enhance employee engagement.Job Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Onboarding • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. • Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation and documentation in compliance with US labor laws.Employee Relations & Engagement • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns fostering a positive work environment. • Address grievances, conflicts and disciplinary actions as per company policies and employment laws. • Implement employee engagement and retention programs. Payroll & Benefits Administration • Process payroll while ensuring compliance with federal and state wage laws. • Administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and leave policies.Compliance & Legal Adherence • Ensure adherence to US employment laws such as FLSA, FMLA, EEOC and OSHA. • Maintain HR documentation, policies and procedures to align with legal and company requirements.Performance Management & Training • Assist in performance appraisal cycles and employee development programs. • Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.HR Reporting & Data Management • Maintain HRIS systems and generate reports on workforce metrics. • Track employee records, attendance and policy adherence.HR Policy Development & Implementation • Develop, update and enforce HR policies in line with industry standards and legal guidelines. • Communicate HR policies to employees and provide guidance on workplace expectations.Education Qualification & experience: Certification in Human Resources Management preferred. 3+ years of US HR or Staffing operations experience.Technical Skills: Good understanding of: ▪ HR processes/SOP preparation. ▪ New Hire On-boarding procedures. ▪ Payroll processing & compliances. ▪ Leave rules and its calculation. ▪ Healthcare/Retirement benefits. ▪ Separation formalities ▪ US Factory compliances. ▪ Audit procedure. ▪ MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
