Mirchi digital is currently reaching millions of users through multiple mediums like Social, YouTube, Gaana, etc. We are hiring for Customer Relation Management Expert.Must Have Campaign Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize email/push notification/WhatsApp marketing campaigns.Automated workflows: Campaigns automation of push notification and emailer from CMS.Should have good understanding to CRM tools like moengage, clevertap etcSegmentation & Targeting: Create and manage customer segments for targeted marketing efforts.Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze CRM reports to track campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.Collaborate with the UX/UI team to enhance landing pages and user journeys.Education & Experience Any Graduate with minimum 5-7 years of experience in any app based product company.
