The Role

Job Title: US Retention Agent (Only Females)

Location: Noida, Sector 16

Salary: Up to 30k per month

Candidates should have min 1 year of experience as a US Customer service agent in the retention process.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic US Customer Service Agent specializing in retention processes to join our team in Noida Sector 16. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing strategies to retain customers.

  • Handle customer retention processes effectively.
  • Utilise CRM software to maintain customer records and track interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement retention strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Implement retention strategies to minimize customer churn.
  • Update customer records in the CRM system.


Job Type: Full-time

Ideal Profile

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in a customer service role, preferably in retention or customer success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zen-desk).

Technical Requirements:

  • Familiarity with telephony systems and call center equipment.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
