The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR processes and policies, performance management, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. Experience in a startup environment and implementing HR strategies will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:Process and Policy Development :Design and implement HR processes and policies aligned with organizational goals.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Performance Management :Drive performance evaluation cycles and implement robust appraisal systems.Work closely with managers to develop performance improvement plans.Recruitment Coordination :Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.Assist in identifying and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs.Employee Engagement & Initiatives :Develop and execute innovative employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.Organize team-building activities and wellness initiatives to enhance morale.Strategic HR Implementation :Drive strategic HR initiatives, including talent development and succession planning.Identify opportunities for HR process automation and efficiency improvement.Stakeholder Collaboration :Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Act as a trusted advisor to employees and resolve HR-related concerns.Preferred Qualifications & Skills:4 to 10 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to real estate or startups.Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance.Proven experience in implementing HR strategies and driving organizational change.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
