Skill- ServiceNow ITOM DeveloperLocation- PAN INDIAExp-4 Yr ++Key Responsibilities:- Design & Implementation:- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.- Customize and configure patterns, probes, sensors, and discovery schedules.- Integrate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with ServiceNow ITOM for enhanced visibility and automation1.- Client Engagement & Solutioning:- Conduct workshops to gather requirements and define ITOM architecture.- Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.- Deliver Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) engagements.- Development & Integration:- Perform hands-on development and configuration.- Ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party tools.- Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and constraints2.- Testing & Deployment:- Plan and coordinate testing phases.- Lead test remediation cycles and ensure quality assurance.- Mentorship & Leadership:- Provide technical mentoring to junior developers.- Act as a subject matter expert in executive briefings and marketing events.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 5–10+ years of IT experience, with strong ServiceNow background.- Hands-on experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, etc.).- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide).- Experience with cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).- CIS-ITOM certification is highly preferred.- Additional certifications in ITSM, HRSD, or IRM are a plus
