We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant to identify, design and deliver larger or more complex architectures,strategies and specific solutions through the ServiceNow platform.

The role holder will

  1. Focus on ITOM development and configuration on ServiceNow platform this resource will deliver finalized ServiceNowSolutions utilizing the ServiceNow ITOM applications

  2. C omfortable in Jason scripting and coding ITOM solutions, namely Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping andOrchestration

  3. Knowledgeable and familiar in the ServiceNow ITOM offerings and can lead a customer through knowledge andrequirements discussions for implementing and deploying ServiceNow ITOM, including the following: EventManagement, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Service Mapping & Integrations

  4. Code and Develop customized Patterns, Probes and Sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping.

  5. Sound knowledge in CMDB and it operation management

  6. Deliver technical workshops on ITOM: Event, Di scovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Service Mapping, Cloud Management

  7. Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources, ServiceNow datamapping

  8. Knowledge on identification , classification rule in CMDB9. Knowledge over event and alert rule

  9. Articulate the ServiceNow CMDB Classes for Asset and Configuration, their relationships and dependencies

  10. Required Hands on experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementations

  11. Required Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB Architec ture.
