Skill- ServiceNow ITOM Developer Location- PAN INDIA Exp-4 Yr ++ Key Responsibilities: Design & Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration . Customize and configure patterns, probes, sensors, and discovery schedules. Integrate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with ServiceNow ITOM for enhanced visibility and automation 1 . Client Engagement & Solutioning: Conduct workshops to gather requirements and define ITOM architecture. Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Deliver Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) engagements. Development & Integration: Perform hands-on development and configuration. Ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party tools. Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and constraints 2 . Testing & Deployment: Plan and coordinate testing phases. Lead test remediation cycles and ensure quality assurance. Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical mentoring to junior developers. Act as a subject matter expert in executive briefings and marketing events. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5–10+ years of IT experience, with strong ServiceNow background. Hands-on experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, etc.). Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide). Experience with cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP). CIS-ITOM certification is highly preferred. Additional certifications in ITSM, HRSD, or IRM are a plus
