Skill- ServiceNow ITOM Developer Location- PAN INDIAExp-4 Yr ++Key Responsibilities:Design & Implementation:Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.Customize and configure patterns, probes, sensors, and discovery schedules.Integrate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with ServiceNow ITOM for enhanced visibility and automation 1.Client Engagement & Solutioning:Conduct workshops to gather requirements and define ITOM architecture.Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.Deliver Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) engagements.Development & Integration:Perform hands-on development and configuration.Ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party tools.Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and constraints 2.Testing & Deployment:Plan and coordinate testing phases.Lead test remediation cycles and ensure quality assurance.Mentorship & Leadership:Provide technical mentoring to junior developers.Act as a subject matter expert in executive briefings and marketing events.Required Skills & Qualifications:5–10+ years of IT experience, with strong ServiceNow background.Hands-on experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, etc.).Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide).Experience with cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).CIS-ITOM certification is highly preferred.Additional certifications in ITSM, HRSD, or IRM are a plus
