Scope of the Role
To play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening the organization's competitive position through strategic business development initiatives. To do this, you will need to have a detailed understanding of our products and services so the ability to learn is a must.

Senior Manager- Sales
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and threats.
- Coach and mentor junior members of the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales processes and performance.
Qualifications and Skills required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is often preferred, especially in the same or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Languages – Hindi & English are a must; other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Must be willing to travel all around the country. The job requires the candidate to travel for Prospecting, Sales and Customer Interaction as required.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners is key to success in this role.
- Knowledge &/or experience about SaaS, Cloud, Loans, Project Delivery &/or Banks/NBFCs would be an added bonus.
- A good understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape is essential.
