Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our rapidly growing team at Anveshan. As part of the Customer Experience Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your understanding of our products, streamline processes, and build meaningful relationships with our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to resolve delivery-related issues and ensure timely order dispatch.
Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with professionalism, maintaining a positive relationship while delivering swift and satisfactory solutions.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and order details in the system to facilitate efficient follow-ups and seamless operations.
Escalation Management: Identify and escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant departments for further action.
Customer Feedback Collection: Gather feedback to understand customer needs and provide actionable insights for service and product improvements.
Process Optimization: Propose improvements to enhance customer service processes and logistics efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum one year of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or Advertising.
Exceptional entry-level candidates with the right attitude and learning aptitude will also be considered.
Communication: Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Hindi is essential.
Customer Handling Skills: Experience dealing with challenging customer interactions, effectively conveying messages, and managing resolutions.
Presentation Skills: Strong ability to convince and communicate effectively with customers.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify, address, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
