OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Plan & execute spectacular consumer engagement platform (CEP) for Blenders Pride - Blenders Pride Fashion Nxt & ensure activation/events of NPD (BPFE & BPRC) in key states.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revitalize the core by modernize our play in culture with CEP on Blenders Pride
- Design the CEP to bring alive the core brand thought.
- Build an entire campaign (digital, print, OOH, Events) with BP Brand & Strategy team along with KPIs.
- Align the CEP campaign in the organization & win resources (A&P, manpower, agency structure)
- Responsible for end-to-end execution including ATL (digital, print, OOH) & BTL builds with various states.
- Post launch analysis to reflect on key wins & learnings
- Innovation is a key priority on Blenders Pride & significant progress is made already with launch of Blenders Pride Reserve Collection and Blenders Pride Four Elements. Being a media dark category on product, the role will play a crucial role in aiding commercialization with impactful and frequent activations executed in key states.
- Coordinating the development and deployment of TTL Campaigns for battlefield markets and IBD focus markets. (esp the Gulf markets)
- Responsible for designing activities and initiatives that work towards strengthening consumer engagement and conversion on ground, working closely with BTL, digital and Media team and agencies towards creating ecosystem which drives engagement through strong platforms/communities.
- Build collaborative and effective relationships with key stakeholders across Zone and markets of responsibility through strong knowledge of local markets context and business development mindset.
- Lead and manage the agenda, follow-up and key project coordination across the portfolio.
- Monitor business and brand performance (in collaboration with Strategic & Business Planning)
- IBP (Integrated Business Planning) facilitation and market engagement around brands initiatives, address market questions and requests.
- Aid the brand and strategy team on build of long-term strategic roadmap for the brand.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
Postgraduate in Marketing Management from a Premier B School
EXPERIENCE & PREREQUISITES
- 6-10 years of total experience in handling sales and marketing of domestic and international consumer brands at a National OR 6-10 years of experience in creating/executing event led IPs for big D2C brands in alcobev.
- Media Planning experience to amplify brand engagement platforms/events is mandatory.
- FMCG or Alcobev Industry experience is mandatory.
- Should have managed annual marketing spends for at least a medium scale brand.
- At least 2-3 years commerical experience is a bonus.
- Experience in dealing with ecosystem in fashion/luxury/lifestyle is an added bonus.
- Should be to open for extensive travel within India.
- Should be proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
