Your role:

• Part of the Group Digital Marketing & E-commerce team / Activation Tribe
• Works closely with the Markets • Digital Marketing expert involved in digital capability building of digital activation in accordance with strategy, and established policies and procedures.
• Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
• Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies.
• Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).
• Career-level professionals, who are fully qualified, experienced professionals.
• A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
• Has a complete knowledge of company products and services.
• Frequently interacts with customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
• Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team

You're the right fit if: (4 x bullets max)
• University degree (Bachelor)
• 8+ years of experience with the proven track of record in in house digital marketing/ digital campaign / digital analytics team
• Ability to drive complex change by persuading stakeholders (ideally through matrix organizations) and • End-to-end digital experience with a feel for IT & Marketing.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
