Job Title: Senior HRManager

Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment and Hiring:

  • Lead thehiring process for various positions from planning to executionensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
  • Manage and coordinate with recruitment agencies workingclosely to fulfill recruitment needs.
  • Closecollaboration with recruitment agencies to ensure efficientrecruitment processes and highquality candidateselection.
  • Source CVs and map potentialemployees for various positions within the organization.

2. Employee Life Cycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire employee life cycle fromonboarding to offboarding ensuring a smooth transition at allstages.
  • Develop and implement strategies toenhance employee experience and engagement throughout the lifecycle.

3. Pay structuremanagement:

  • Conduct periodic paysurveys.
  • Schedule and conduct jobevaluations.
  • Prepare pay budgets and monitorindividual pay actions.
  • Recommend plan andimplement pay structure revisions.

4. Performance Management:

  • Ensure the planning monitoring and appraisal of employeework results.
  • Train managers to coach anddiscipline employees.
  • Schedule managementconferences and resolve employee grievances.

5. Employee Benefits Administration:

  • Maintain employee benefits programs.
  • Study benefit needs and trends recommending programs tomanagement.
  • Direct the processing of benefitclaims and conduct educational programs on benefitprograms.

6. HRCompliance:

  • Ensure adherence to HRcompliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and implement policies and procedures to maintaincompliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and implement applicable federal and state humanresource requirements.

7. HR BudgetManagement:

  • Develop and manage theHR budget ensuring effective allocation of resources to meetdepartmental objectives.
  • Monitor expenses andidentify costsaving opportunities while maintaining quality HRservices.

8. ProfessionalDevelopment:

  • Attend educationalworkshops and review professional publications to maintainprofessional and technical knowledge.
  • Establish personal networks and participate inprofessional societies.
