At RDash, we value innovation, collaboration, and ownership; and we believe in empowering ourteams to go the extra mile to solve problems for our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound and inbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities to generate new leads and sales opportunities.Present and explain company products/services to potential customers effectively.Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM software.Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and activity targets.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, strategies, and outreach campaigns.Provide feedback from prospects to improve products, services, and customer experience.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role at least 1-2 years.Strong communication and persuasion skills.Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a high level of motivation.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.Goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
