2. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

*Product Knowledge:*

1. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, brands, and releases.

2. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new arrivals, and promotions.

*Store Operations:*

1. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

2. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising.

*Additional Responsibilities:*

1. Participate in sales events, promotions, and product launches.

2. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and store objectives.

3. Provide feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and sales strategies.

*Requirements:*

*Essential:*

1. 1-2 years of sales experience in retail or a related industry.

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

3. Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

4. Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.

5. High school diploma or equivalent.

*Desirable:*

1. Experience in the footwear industry.

2. Knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.

3. Familiarity with POS systems and sales software.
