Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Intern to support our senior management team. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in administrative and executive support functions. The role offers a valuable opportunity to learn how top-level executives operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling emails.- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents.- Help coordinate communication with internal teams and external partners.- Support daily office operations, including file management and supply tracking.- Contribute to project management tasks and follow up on pending items.- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.- 0–6 months of relevant experience (including internships or campus roles).- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
