We are committed to providing reliable, fast, flexible and bespoke services for our customers as well as the many well-known brands we partner with, such as travel agencies, airlines, banks and major sporting clubsAs the world begins to travel again, we want to make sure we’re delivering an exceptional service for our customers, and we want you to be part of that journey.So, what’s the job?You’ll coordinate the effective implementation of Zurich’s Internal Controls Integrated Framework for IT across Cover-More GroupYou’ll work with our parent company Zurich to understand requirements and ensure Cover-More Group stakeholders are informedYou’ll advise business on control design & implementationYou’ll maintain controls documentation in our Governance, Risk and Compliance applicationYou’ll monitor Line 1 control self-attestationYou’ll oversee and coordinate management testing of controlsYou’ll work with control and process owners, and our Financial Internal Controls Manager, to assess impact of control deficiencies and agree on remediation actionsYou’ll train and advise control owners and testing teamAnd what are we looking for?You’ll have 7 years’ experience in IT internal controls, audit or compliance in a large public company or audit firmYou’ll have proven stakeholder management skills with an ability to lead interactions with the technology and business stakeholdersYou’ll have strong verbal and written communication skillsYou’ll have experience building and developing collaborative relationshipsYou’ll have an understanding of IT governance frameworks NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001You’ll thrive in a fast paced, global, multi-disciplinary team environmentExperience with compliance frameworks such as SOX, COSO would be advantageousSo, why choose us?We value optimism, caring, togetherness, reliability and determination.We have more than 1500 employees worldwide: we’re a global group of digital specialists, actuaries, marketers, doctors, nurses, case managers, claims specialists, finance experts and customer service professionals.
