Job Summary :


The Chief of Staff will oversee strategic business initiatives from development to successful execution, working closely with senior leadership and department heads. The person shall also assist executives in decision-making, program management, and implementing key initiatives while identifying and addressing organizational knowledge and skills gaps. Additionally, S/he will be responsible to review, design, and implement improvements to organizational structures and processes, optimizing procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.


Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning & Support:

Assist the CMO in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Manage and prioritize the CMO’s agenda, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Act as a liaison between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.

Develop and buildrelationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with CMO and otherexecutives on specialprojects.



Project Management:

Lead and manage key marketing and branding projects from conception to execution.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring high-quality outputs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Operations, to execute integrated campaigns.

Serve as liaison with staff,executives, senior leaders, and CMO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning


Data & Analytics:

Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive reviews.

Provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies and drive growth.

Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans,and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.



Operational Excellence:

Identify and resolve bottlenecks in marketing workflows.

Drive operational improvements by implementing tools, processes, and systems for greater efficiency.

Ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives.


Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Represent the CMO in meetings and communications, as needed.

Serve as a culture ambassador, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.


Leadership & Mentorship:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Act as a sounding board and thought partner to the CMO on critical decisions.



Qualifications :

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in senior growth, business development, or marketing roles, preferably within the EV, automotive, or consumer technology sectors.

Proven track record of scaling businesses, leading global expansion efforts, and driving significant revenue growth.

Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and inspire cross-functional teams.

Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and customer experience management.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainable mobility solutions.
