Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company’s strategic priorities, ensuring alignment across teams.

Translate high-level goals into actionable plans, monitoring progress and outcomes.

Lead critical projects and initiatives, acting as a driving force behind their success.

Operational Leadership:

Serve as the operational hub, streamlining internal processes for efficiency and scalability.

Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation.

Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions to enhance organizational performance.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

Act as a liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and staff, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Prepare key materials for board meetings, investor updates, and internal presentations.

Represent the CEO in meetings or events when necessary, ensuring decisions align with organizational goals.

Team Development and Culture:

Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture supporting collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Mentor and guide team members, driving professional growth and alignment with the company’s vision.

Implement mechanisms to gather employee feedback and promote continuous improvement.

Financial Oversight:

Collaborate with the finance team to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize financial and operational health.


Mergers & Acquisitions Leadership:

Lead the M&A process, including target identification, due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, HR, operations) to ensure smooth acquisition and integration processes.

Monitor the progress and ROI of acquisitions, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with investment bankers, consultants, and other external advisors.


Special Projects

Oversee and execute ad-hoc projects that contribute to business growth and scalability.


Education:

Preferably from NIT / IIT Engineering Graduate

MBA from any A school.
