Job Description
Introduction  

As a Marketing Manager - Haryana you will be responsible for drafting weekly and monthly marketing campaigns with clear defined objectives with respect to budgeting and audiences . The role will require strong understanding of 360 degree media channels and proven experience in preferably a media company 


What will you be doing 

1. Content Marketing 

   - Develop and manage the overall content marketing strategy.

   - Ensure alignment with target audiences and brand positioning.

   - Execute marketing campaigns from conception through to launch.


2. Team Management and Collaboration

   - Build and lead a team of launch specialists.

   - Foster collaboration with internal content, creative, and marketing teams.

 - Share insights and work closely with production and post-production teams to influence future content strategies.


3 . Brand Development

   - Position STAGE as a premium content provider in the Bharat market.

  - Utilize both online (social media, SEO, paid ads) and offline channels for brand promotion.


4 . Market Research and Strategy

   - Perform deep research into the Bharat dialect market.

   - Develop content strategies that resonate across different regional audiences.

   - Plan marketing activities in advance based on the content calendar.


5. Audience Engagement and Growth

   - Develop strategies to increase the following and engagement on social media.

   - Analyze content performance to enhance user retention and growth.


6. Partnerships and Marketing Materials

   - Collaborate with external agencies and influencers to extend marketing reach.

  - Produce various marketing materials like case studies, decks, and promotional pieces for digital dissemination.


7. Campaign Execution and Analysis

   - Execute and monitor paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.

   - Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize strategies.


8. Communication and Updates

   - Maintain regular communication with internal teams, clients, and influential users.

   - Keep stakeholders informed of weekly progress and major updates.


You Should Apply If You Have
Experience in executing successful marketing campaigns.

Ability to read, write, and speak in Haryanvi .


Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry, with a minimum of 3 years.


You are highly creative, with a track record of identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with experience in SEO/SEM 
Requirements
