Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to ensure campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Create compelling ad copy and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and present insights to clients, keeping them informed of campaign progress.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising platforms.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaign optimization.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
