CTC: ₹3 – 5 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Fortune One is a growing real estate company in Bangalore, specializing in premium farm plots and plotted development projects like Esha Vana (Hesaraghatta) and Vistaa (Chikkaballapur) . We are looking for passionate and driven Sales Executives to expand our sales team and deliver strong results in the farm plot segment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for farm plots and plotted development projects across Bangalore outskirts.
  • Identify, engage, and convert potential buyers through client meetings and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Handle negotiations, deal closures, and post-sales client coordination.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain lead data, sales records, and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Support marketing campaigns and participate in property events/exhibitions.

Requirements

  • 3–10 years of sales experience, with minimum 4 years in farm plot/plot sales (mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation, client-handling, and closing skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication (English, Kannada, Hindi preferred).
  • Willingness to travel across Bangalore outskirts for site visits.
