Job Description:

? Devise a seamless process for capturing the broker channel and
empaneling them by creating their separate codes and booking the
business in those codes. Checking broker documents and ensure
compliance to Policies & Processes
? Devise strategies to increase the BFL penetration through broker
business. Create, monitor and track the product strategy, AOP
plan, develop and implement special projects & programs
? Business forecasting, budgeting, provisioning and monitoring
? Analyze the business potential and plan strategically to increase
the broker base for generating more business.
? Providing broker with new and additional earning opportunities
like Top-up, Re-loan, Re-finance, Insurance cross sell etc.
? Creating synergy among multiple stakeholders involved like
brokers, dealers, BAFL and BAL team members.
? Do strategic case leakage to competitor analysis, competition
benchmarking and monitoring.
? Taking market feedback and improving on our services
? Portfolio monitoring and management.
? Developing a team of competent, dynamic and hard-working
employees and managing them efficiently and creating employee
incentive policy by regular Brokers and Market visit.
? Heightened stress on relationship building with alternate broker
channels and ensuring that cases gets booked with BFL only
? Creating and proposing broker market specific financial schemes,
taking approval and rolling out ,IRR management and performance
tracking
? Launching, driving and taking approvals for sales contest and
marketing material
? Manage business reports, dashboards MIS, analytics &
presentation for management review & decision-making.
? Develop detailed product specifications in collaboration with
business, risk, and development teams. for launch of new
projects/products
? Creation of BRD, testing & deployment of all new features and
products, Product programs drafting, approvals w.r.t to business
vertical
? Provide comprehensive service for all business needs, Co-ordinate
with cross functional teams for any support required to deliver on
business needs
