Asst Manager Direct

CLIENT: Leading Pharmaceutical organization providing medical intervention and drugs in cardiology, Oncology and Anti Diabetes segments.Business spans across India and regulated markets like US, Europe and developing markets of Africa and Asia.
Key Drivers:
- Collaborate with Procurement Head & Purchase Team in procurement activities of sourcing, negotiations, finalization and quality solutions for the requirements of all departments includes manufacturing related purchases of goods required for manufacturing activities, promotional material, medical communication agencies, sales force department’s requirements, distribution & warehouse related vendors, services, and investments.
- Manage RM/PM requirement for 3 LL sites in India including APIs, Excipients.
- Assess the need & develop alternate / additional vendors keeping to mitigate risks.
- Negotiate with suppliers for best suitable terms for company with collaborative approach.
- Finalise Contracts for sourcing activities for goods & services, to safeguard the interests of the Company and maximize the benefits to the Company.
- Assist in requisition of raw materials for manufacturing based on market trends and production plan.
- Communicate with vendors and distributors to negotiate prices and purchase contracts.
- Commercial negotiation for conferences, meetings,seminars,camps etc.
- Procurement of marketing promotional material like catalogues,brochures,scientific leaflets etc..
Incumbent profile:
- Pharma procurement professional with over 10 years experience.
- PG Diploma in Materials Management, exposure to import process and regulations
- Working on SAP MM is mandatory
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 15LPA.
