Job Overview: We are seeking a Sales Manager with at least 2 years of experience in the Ed Tech industry and a strong background in managing Direct Sales Agents (DSA).
The ideal candidate should have experience overseeing sales executives who have worked in international markets, particularly the US, UK, and Middle East (ME).
You will be responsible for driving sales through DSAs, ensuring that teams are meeting targets, and implementing strategies tailored to diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to achieve sales targets in the Ed Tech industry .
Oversee sales executives who handle accounts and leads from US, UK, and ME markets , ensuring they are well-versed in market-specific approaches.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in different regions through effective DSA management.
Track and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
Ensure that the sales team is trained on both product knowledge and market-specific sales tactics, including cultural nuances.
Establish processes for recruiting, onboarding, and managing DSAs to ensure a high-performing sales force.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.
Report on sales metrics and forecast sales performance, ensuring transparency and accountability across the team.
Address challenges in international sales, providing support and guidance to DSAs to improve conversion rates and market penetration.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in managing sales teams within the Ed Tech industry (mandatory).
Proven experience managing Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) and overseeing teams selling to US, UK, and Middle Eastern markets .
Strong knowledge of sales processes, lead conversion, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies specific to Ed Tech products and services.
Ability to manage, coach, and motivate a diverse sales team working in international markets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Data-driven approach to tracking sales metrics and optimizing performance.
