In this role, you will provide technical assistance to Infoblox customers—responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web; diagnosing and analyzing problems; and providing workarounds for customers. This is a complex, fast-paced environment, and you will own the most critical part of the customer experience.You’re the ideal candidate if you are a strategic thinker who collaborates across teams, operates independently, and is driven to meet deadlines and achieve results. What you’ll do: Collaborate with the applications team to develop code to support changes and enhancements Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the application development life cycle Support users and business analysts to troubleshoot application issues and develop creative solutions to support business needs Work closely with various cross-functional teams What you’ll bring: 2-3 years of experience in Python scripting In-depth working knowledge in Django Experience with JavaScript for UI implementation (React, material-UI) Excellent knowledge in AWS (ECR, ECS, S3, RDS, etc.) A solid understanding of CI/CD methods (Gitlab, Jenkins, etc.) Willingness to work night shifts Outstanding analytical and organizational skills Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, EE, or equivalent  What success looks like:  After six months, you will… Understand the end-to-end application flow and bring new features and stability to the application Handle bugs and RFE product development independently Collaborate well with Product Management and the Support team, which uses and will provide feedback on the tool  After about a year, you will… Lead product development work and work with the support team to identify needs and implement solutions Be encouraged to pursue training and certifications to help you address application needs and grow your career We’ve got you covered: Our holistic package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness—as well as a great work environment, employee programs, and company culture.
