Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer

Job Description:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, integration, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Migration Planning and Strategy:Develop comprehensive migration plans, timelines, and resource allocation.Conduct pre-migration analysis to identify data quality issues and customization requirements.Design migration architecture and ensure alignment with business goals.Technical Implementation:Execute data migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to replicate functionalities from Salesforce.Develop and implement data mapping, data transformation, and data integration strategies.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and address any concerns promptly.Quality Assurance and Testing:Develop and execute test plans to validate data migration, system functionalities, and performance.Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the migration process.Ensure thorough documentation of the migration process, configurations, and customizations.Post-Migration Support:Provide post-migration support and training to end-users.Monitor system performance and resolve any post-migration issues.Continuously optimize the Dynamics 365 environment to enhance performance and user experience.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience:7-10 years of experience in CRM implementation and migration projects.Proven track record of successfully migrating from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and integration.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and APIs.Expertise in data migration tools and methodologies.Familiarity with SQL, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.Project Management:Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Communication:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders.Strong documentation skills.Certifications (Preferred):Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.-- MUSTSalesforce Certified Administrator.Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent. – Not Mandatory.
