JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics platforms, including Dynamics 365, and a proven track record of delivering successful implementations that meet business objectives and exceed client expectations.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization and deployment.

Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Build custom features, workflows, and integrations to extend the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics and integrate with other systems as needed.

Lead a team of developers and consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates and patches to ensure the stability and security of Microsoft Dynamics environments.

Keep abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics technologies and best practices and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our solutions and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics platforms, including Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Finance and Operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics customization and development using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and C#/.NET.

Experience leading Dynamics implementation projects, including project planning, resource management, and risk mitigation

Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration, and Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
