Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Dynamic Project Specialist with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business solutions and optimize our CRM and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 Implementation and Management:
Design, configure, and manage Dynamics 365 applications to meet the specific needs of the organization.
Develop custom modules, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365.
Ensure the system is optimized for performance and scalability.
Power BI Development and Integration:
Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Integrate Power BI with Dynamics 365 and other data sources to provide comprehensive insights.
Maintain and optimize existing Power BI solutions.
Microsoft 365 Ecosystem:
Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.) to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Integrate Microsoft 365 applications with Dynamics 365 for seamless workflows.
Project Management:
Lead and manage Dynamics 365 projects from conception through to implementation.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure efficient use of Dynamics 365 and related tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they arise.
Skills and Qualifications
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP modules).
Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.).
Experience with Azure services and integrations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
