They are exceptional and we are looking for more exceptional people to join us.Responsibilities:• Utilize spreadsheets and financial systems to record, analyse, and optimize financial data,ensuring efficient resource allocation.• Collaborate with team members to facilitate the timely preparation of draft accounts formonthly review.• Provide prompt responses to financial queries.• Maintain accurate records of vouchers, invoices, payments, and other financialdocumentation.• Manage time sheet processes efficiently.• End to end knowledge about India accounting, Statutory knowledge like Provident Fund (PF),ESI, Professional-Tax (PT), GST, STPI and Customs.• Xero experience• Bank reconciliation.• Post sales/purchase invoices.• Balance sheet reconciliation• Post journals for payroll, deferred income etc.• UK VAT

Preferred Background and Skills:• 2-5 years of experience in financial administration or related field.• Proficient in advanced Excel functions.• A team player with strong collaborative skills.• Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach and excellent analytical abilities.• Exceptional workload management and communication skills.• Proficiency in the local language is essential.• Willingness to commute as required.• Experience in an audit firm is highly recommended.
