The devotion market is a $44B opportunity in India (growing at 10% CAGR), which is primarily offline and unorganized. Of the $44B, temples drive GMV of ~$27B in offerings, services, and commerce. There are 2M+ temples in India, about 10k of them have a strong historical and cultural significance. Tourism to these places is a $10B opportunity. Sri Mandir is growing 20–25% month-on-month.

About the Role

Are you great at building connections over a call? Do you enjoy helping people make confident decisions? Join us as a Telesales Executive at Sri Yatra and turn high-intent leads into happy, spiritual travelers.

You'll be the voice that guides pilgrims through their journey, helping them book darshan and temple packages across India. No cold calling. No random lists. Just people waiting to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Call leads and convert interest into bookings
  • Explain travel and darshan packages clearly and confidently
  • Understand pilgrim needs and suggest personalized options
  • Close deals, collect payments, and ensure a smooth experience
  • Follow structured CRM process and daily targets

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of telesales or inside sales experience
  • Strong performance track record in B2C sales (edtech, fintech, travel, D2C)
  • Fluent in Hindi & English ( Knowledge of other languages is a plus )
  • Excellent follow-up and people skills
  • Bonus: Experience in travel sales or knowledge of temple circuits
