Responsibilities :
- Full ownership for maximizing sales in the designated area.- Responsible for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh region sales (Fragrances), based at Hyderabad.- Daily reporting of visits to the Zonal/Regional Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales.- Required traveling 5-6 days a week.- Lead generation through the internet and word of mouth.- Handling B2B Sales- Support distributors in channel sales.- Plan the sales strategy for the Fragrances division, analyze sales trends, and assess in-house capability and strength areas.- Ensure key customer interface on a regular basis.- Coordinate with the plant for production planning and dispatch proactively to maintain the existing and future business.- Ensure the customer database is updated and data is recorded and reported as required.- Have a strong understanding of market research and customer requirements.- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Ideally, should have at least 2 years of experience in B2B industrial sales or other relevant industry, preferably from the same industry.- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business.- Must be fluent in English and regional language.- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.- The ability to deal with rejection.- Flexible in traveling as required.- Attention to detail.- Preference will be given to local candidates from Telangana.- The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets.- Good business sense and a professional manner.
