Job Description:

·Proficiency in making PPT and proposal. (Compulsory) -Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner · Follow up on leads and sales inquiries to close deals and meet sales targets· People management Supervision of Operations · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and promotional campaigns. · Handle any other duties as assigned by the management team. · Planning and coordinating the penetration of new Client. · Revenue Generate · The selected candidates would be responsible for assisting Customs & Excise Departments, CONCOR, Port Authorities, Importers, Exporters, Transporters, Shipping Liners etc. with the functioning of the application, website troubleshooting, on-site support at the time of sealing. . Experience working in Govt projects in tech services experience will be preferable.
