Job Description: Product Marketing Specialist
Assist in Executing Comprehensive Product Marketing Programs:
- Conduct customer research to gather insights on market needs and preferences.
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies to enhance product value and competitiveness.
- Position and message products effectively to target audiences.
- Serve as a product authority, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise.
Develop a Product Messaging Framework:
- Craft clear and compelling value propositions for Company products.
- Align product positioning and messaging with customer needs, goals, and pain points.
- Differentiate company products from competitors through strategic messaging.
Conduct Detailed Competitive Analysis:
- Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses in collaboration with Technical Sales Units (TSUs).
- Provide actionable insights to enhance product positioning and marketing strategies.
Assist in Developing Pricing and Packaging Strategies:
- Collaborate with Product and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to create strategies that drive value creation and revenue growth.
- Ensure pricing and packaging are aligned with market demand and business objectives.
Support Product Launch Processes:
- Participate in all stages of product launch, from initial research to market entry.
- Focus on executing launch plans effectively and achieving measurable outcomes.
What You Will Need
Experience:
- At least 5- 8 years of product marketing experience.
- Exposure to product and platform marketing.
Communication Skills:
- Superior ability to develop clear and compelling messaging and narratives for diverse audiences.
Collaboration Skills:
- Strong experience in supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively with executives, VPs of Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
Data-Oriented Approach:
- Ability to leverage market research and internal analytics to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Personal Attributes:
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
- Willingness to delve into challenges and conduct thorough research.
