Job Title: Marketing Operations and CRM Specialist

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience: 2 - 4 Years


Position Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Operations & CRM Management Specialist who brings a blend of expertise in CRM management, marketing automation, and a strong foundation in marketing analytics. The ideal candidate will leverage technology to enhance customer engagement, streamline sales operations, and apply data analytics to drive strategic marketing decisions.


Key Responsibilities:


1. CRM Management:

● Oversee the CRM platform to ensure it captures comprehensive customer interactions and preferences, serving as the foundation for data-driven marketing strategies.

● Implement advanced CRM functionalities to facilitate effective customer segmentation, lead scoring, and engagement tracking.

● Conduct regular CRM data audits to maintain data integrity and compliance, while also providing training and support to users.


2. Marketing Automation:

● Design and implement marketing automation strategies that deliver personalized content to targeted segments, increasing engagement and conversion rates.

● Leverage workflow automation tools like Zapier and Pabbly to seamlessly integrate CRM with other marketing platforms, ensuring effective marketing operations and delivering seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.

● Analyze the performance of automated campaigns, using insights to continuously refine and optimize marketing efforts.


3. Marketing & Sales Operations:

● Utilize CRM and marketing insights to align and optimize marketing and sales strategies, enhancing lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.

● Develop dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into sales and marketing performance, informing tactical and strategic decisions.

● Support the sales team with actionable analytics, helping to tailor outreach and improve overall sales effectiveness.


4. Marketing Analytics:

● Lead the development and implementation of a marketing analytics framework to measure the impact of marketing activities, identify trends, and forecast performance.

● Employ statistical analysis and predictive modeling to inform marketing strategy, campaign optimization, and customer segmentation.

● Harness analytics tools to provide comprehensive reporting and insights on campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI.


5. Email Marketing:

● Develop and execute drip email campaigns aimed at reactivating dormant leads and moving them through the sales funnel, employing targeted messaging and offers to reignite interest.

● Implement focused reactivation campaigns designed to engage with leads who have shown previous interest but have not converted, utilizing personalized content and incentives to encourage action.

● Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of reactivation campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics to maximize lead re-engagement and funnel progression.

● Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure seamless integration of reactivation efforts within the overall customer journey, leveraging CRM data to tailor reactivation campaigns to specific segments and personas.

● Continuously optimize drip email sequences and reactivation strategies through A/B testing, iteration, and data-driven insights, aiming to increase lead conversion rates and overall funnel efficiency.


Desired Qualifications:


● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a closely related field.

● At least 2 years of hands-on experience in CRM management, marketing automation, and particularly in marketing analytics.

● Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Leadsquared), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Pabbly, Eloqua), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Python, Tableau).

● Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and quantitative approaches to solve marketing challenges, with a portfolio of projects showcasing successful outcomes.

● Excellent communication and project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional projects to successful completion.

● Strong analytical mindset, with an emphasis on using data to drive decision-making and measurable improvements in marketing and sales performance.
