Team you’ll be working with;
The Marketing CRM Specialist plays a pivotal role in leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data to optimize marketing strategies, enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. This position requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce CRM and proficiency in data analysis and strategic thinking to effectively manage customer interactions throughout the marketing lifecycle.
The CRM Specialist is responsible for optimizing the Salesforce CRM marketing platform (Account Engagement/Pardot) to enhance customer engagement, drive sales activities and improve overall lead/deal reporting and tracking. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring data accuracy, implementing automation and utilizing Account Engagement/Pardot features to create positive customer experiences. The primary purpose is to streamline processes, facilitate meaningful interactions with customers, and support cross-functional teams in achieving their objectives through effective Salesforce utilization.
What will make you succeed:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). Experience in implementing a new CRM (Pardot) is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.
- Knowledge of account-based sales and marketing practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across global cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, quality and compliance.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and familiarity with email marketing best practices is a plus.
- Certifications in CRM platforms or marketing automation tools are advantageous.
- Experience working remotely and across cultures, doing business globally.
