Position - D365 CRM Specialist


Location – India Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled D365 CRM Specialist with expertise in migrating from different CRM to Dynamics 365 (e.g. Salesforce, WhatsApp etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, designing, and executing the migration process while ensuring that all CRM data, customizations, and workflows are accurately transferred. This role requires a deep understanding of both CRM and Dynamics 365 ecosystems, data migration best practices, and the ability to configure D365 to meet business needs

Key Responsibilities:

CRM to Dynamics 365 Migration

  1. Lead the migration of data, processes, and functionality from Salesforce or any CRM to Dynamics 365
  2. Develop and implement data mapping, transformation, and validation strategies
  3. Ensure seamless data migration with minimal downtime and disruption
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the migration process

D365 Configuration and Customization:

  1. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements, including custom fields, entities, workflows, and plugins
  2. Ensure that the system meets business process automation goals and aligns with the overall business strategy.
  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document functional requirements


Data Management and Quality Assurance

  1. Maintain data integrity and quality during the migration process.
  2. Perform data audits and cleansing, ensuring data accuracy post-migration.
  3. Implement tools and practices to enhance CRM data quality over time.

Integration and Automation

  1. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business systems as needed.
  2. Design and implement process automations using Power Automate, Flow, or similar tools.
  3. Manage ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.


Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Proven experience in Salesforce or any CRM to Dynamics 365 CRM migration (Contact Centre Module and Customer Support).Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, or Marketing modules).Proficiency in Salesforce data structures and migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, SOQL).
  2. Expertise in using Dynamics 365 migration tools (e.g., SSIS, Scribe, KingswaySoft).
  3. Strong understanding of CRM systems, data structures, and relational databases.
  4. Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflow automation.Ability to design and implement integrations between D365 and other applications.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
