Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Team Lead to join our innovative team at CRM Talent & Marketing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
    • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one sessions to monitor progress and address any concerns.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing and website development projects.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Provide hands-on technical leadership, including code reviews, architectural guidance, and problem-solving.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
    • Ensure the team adheres to coding standards, security guidelines, and other development protocols.
  • WordPress Development:
    • Lead the development and maintenance of WordPress websites, ensuring high performance and availability.
    • Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any WordPress-related issues, ensuring optimal website functionality.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Communicate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
    • Address any technical issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and user guides.
    • Promote the use of agile methodologies and tools to streamline project management and development processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Extensive experience with WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as PHP.
  • Solid understanding of database management systems, like SQL.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
