We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead to guide a team of AI Coders at Outlier, with a strong focus on GenAI projects and prior work with clients like Turing or Mercor. As a Team Lead, you’ll ensure project delivery, mentor a team of coders, and contribute to high-impact GenAI initiatives.


### What You’ll Do:

- Lead and manage a team of AI coders on various GenAI tasks and projects.

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, especially those with backgrounds in Turing, Mercor, and similar companies.

- Oversee task allocation and project milestones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to boost their performance and skill development.

- Coordinate with the 24/7 admin support team to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project workflows.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and task management.


### What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in GenAI projects with a proven track record of working with clients like Turing, Mercor, or similar companies.

- Strong coding skills and understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.

- Previous experience leading or managing teams in a remote environment.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across different time zones.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and efficiency.
