MAIN TASKS
Market overview through market & product analysis, identify potential customers & new business opportunity with the trends of competition overview.
Ontime closure of RFQs with co-ordinations inclusive of internal & external stakeholders & ensure new project realization according to timeline.
Generating & adhering the business plan for the profit center & monitoring against plan vs actual on monthly basis.
Monitoring credit balance of customers, maintain minimum overdue receivables.
Care of customers: Customer satisfaction & initiate improvement action if any.
Leading & motivating the employees to accomplish the target as per business plan.
Ensure & adhering internal department/company systems & guidelines requirements.
Co-ordinate & align with internal team & department on organizational goal.
