Job Title: Head of IT Services
Location: Primary NCR – Preferably Gurgaon, Secondary Bangalore
Experience:  12 - 20+ years
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of IT Services to lead our IT & Professional Services business unit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all aspects of IT services, from customer interfacing and RFP responses to scaling accounts and ensuring timely deliveries. This role demands a strategic leader who can manage escalations, conduct reviews, handle resource management and staffing, and oversee the P&L.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the IT & Professional Services business unit, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Interface with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with comprehensive and competitive proposals.
Scale accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing ones.
Ensure all project deliveries are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Handle escalations promptly and effectively, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular reviews of projects, processes, and team performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Manage resource allocation and staffing to ensure optimal team performance and utilization.
Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the business unit, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading and managing an IT & Professional Services business unit.
Strong customer interfacing skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Extensive experience in responding to RFPs and scaling accounts.
Demonstrated ability to manage project deliveries, handle escalations, and conduct reviews.
Strong resource management and staffing skills.
Excellent understanding of P&L management.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
