As the IT Head, Candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the technology landscape of our organization.He’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, strategic planning, and alignment of IT initiatives with business goals.His expertise will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our enterprise systems, safeguarding our network, and driving innovation through application development.Candidates should have 70% experience with Indian companies and rest can be with MNCs or Indian companies as wellMust have experience of leading a team of developers including should have hands on software development experience (Technologies like React JS, Dot net)Must have excellent understanding of system architecture for the present and future encompassing Mobile, convergence and new technologiesShould have an aptitude for solutions (Understanding of the organization’s business) and meet user (Internal customer) requirements by chalking out the flow and manage properly 7 phases of SDLCShould be a grounded person- must have stuck to some organizations for longer period and delivered results by transformation of marked improvementAbility to dive deep yet multi-taskAI first approach in all the development and implementation projects. Candidate should have knowledge of AI/ML and should have worked/used in previous experienceMust have Cyber Security knowledge and implementation across companiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Deliverables/outcomesEssential Skills required in Candidate (Functional /Behavioural Skills):1. Experience & exposure to both shared and outsourced solutions, as well as support of in -house information and communication systems in a multi –locational environment.2. Significant experience in technology and information systems planning to support business requirements3. Experience on system integration, disaster recovery, ecommerce, projects, sap, operations, integration projects will be a plus.4. Should be well versed with technology trends.5. Must be a reader and well exposed to new age tech

Candidate should have knowledge of :6. Product Architecture, Product Development, Project Lifecycle, Risk Management with Architecture Certifications, PMP/Scrum Certification, ITIL Awareness7. Programming languages i.e. .net, PHP, Java etc.8. Database Management: Oracle, MS SQL & MySQL9. Hardware & Network Management10. Mobile & data communication Management11. Analytics & data mining12. Vendor liaison for application / website development13. Automation14. Strong Architecture and Design and Configuration Management, System Admin / deployment, DBA and Release Engineering15. Skills and aptitude to drive diverse teams in Software Dev– eg Agile16. Experience in developing systems with .NET /Oracle or comparable , Android / iOS17. Experience of open source platforms - mongoDB, phython , R ,etc and understand tech such as IOT, Telematics –GPS/GIS18. Clarity of concepts of block-chain , ML & AI is expected19. Right aptitude & approach for working with internal and external customers and stakeholders 20. Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.21. Participates on all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts.22. Represents the IT function at customer review meeting when appropriate.23. Perform liaison duties between users, operations, and programming personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications or trouble shooting
