Collaboration and Strategy Development : Working closely with internal teams—creative, production, and strategy—the Business Development Manager will need to develop proposals and strategies that align with the client’s goals. This involves collaborating on pitch decks and presentations to showcase Tribal Box Studio’s capabilities in TVC and DVC production.

Revenue Growth and Sales Targets : The manager will be responsible for driving revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets. This could involve negotiating contracts, pricing, and ensuring repeat business by consistently delivering exceptional service.
