Regional Training Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual training calendar and budget.
  • Achieve sales and service targets.
  • Manage branch training operations in the region, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Review branch performance, provide guidance, and initiate induction of new hires.
  • Report on regional operations and training metrics.
  • Ensure conversion of CSR/SA/Executive Parivarthan and monitor performance across branches.
  • Maintain high-performance teams through recruitment, coaching, and performance monitoring.
  • Encourage participation in contests and oversee store excellence.
  • Foster strong customer and partner relationships, implementing IFB Customer Service Charter.
  • Oversee sales and service training, ensuring seamless operations and exemplary service delivery.
  • Build and develop high-performance regional training teams, focusing on employee competency and career development.


Requirements:

  • 10-15 years' regional training experience.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • Stable career history with 3 years per job.
  • Extensive travel readiness and relocation flexibility.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication.
  • Proficiency in training design and assessment.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Proven team management ability.
