Job Summary:-

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the financial industry, and the ability to provide timely, accurate, and professional support to our clients via live chat.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Provide professional chat-based support to clients regarding queries.
  • Respond promptly, clearly, and effectively to customer questions.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using chat support tools.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction

Preferred Skills:-

  • Good Communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the financial industry.
  • Fast typing skills minimum: 35-40 words per minute (WPM) with good accuracy.
  • Ideal Candidate: 50-60 WPM or higher with at least 90-95% accuracy.
