GapMaps can be found in over 23 countries , with clients spanning across Fast Food, Café, Health and Fitness, Child Care and many other sectors using the platform to drive their location strategies, support marketing plans or understand competitors’ networks and customers.
An opportunity currently exists in our team for a Regional Director - Business Development to play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in India . Whilst your key focus is to exceed customer acquisition and revenue goals through innovative strategies to attract new clients - it's how you do this that will contribute to your success..

Building connections that matter: Leverage your personal network, client referrals, and business events to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Keeping the pipeline full: Always maintain and nurture a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring sustainable growth.
Play a role in strategic planning: Contribute to country planning and development to ensure success in expanding this market.
Your success in this role will be driven by your ability to showcase your skills and proven experience in:
Targeting potential clients using personal networks, client referrals and business conventions to generate new client opportunities
Actively following and managing client leads using our CRM tools
Maintaining and managing an ongoing active potential client pipeline
Taking ownership of your goals and consistently achieving — or exceeding — personal and regional revenue targets.
Engaging confidently at all levels of an organization, from team members to C-Suite executives, both internally and externally.
Delivering exceptional client support by adhering to and enhancing internal processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Developing and implementing a retail market plans to grow a successful retail network business
Effectively communicating the value of our products and services, solving customer challenges, and meeting their location intelligence needs
Driving end to end business development from attracting clients & lead generation to close
Articulating the important aspects of products and services that meet the customers’ needs and assist in solving their location intelligence problems.
Additionally, you will demonstrate:
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven experience developing and maintaining a strong client base in India
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional leadership skills
A proven track record of high level decision making.
Experience in Experience in property economics and/or an appreciation of geographic information (advantageous).
This role may provide opportunity for the successful candidate to be involved in leading the country planning and development.
