The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Service Now applications and ensuring optimal performance across production environments. Key Responsibilities: Support and enhance Service Now-based products and applications. Develop custom applications, workflows, and business rules. Implement REST integrations, Script Includes, ACLs, and Scheduled Jobs. Work with Java, Angular JS, and Spring Boot frameworks for backend and UI improvements. Ensure application security, performance optimization, and adherence to coding best practices. Collaborate with QA and Dev Ops teams for deployment and testing. Qualification & Certification: 5+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience. Expertise in Java Script, Angular JS, REST API, and Core Java. Strong understanding of performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting. Experience with Agile methodologies and test automation tools (Load Runner, etc.). Service Now Developer certification preferred.
