We are looking for a
AI Application Developers
with
5+
years of experience to be based at our
Mangaluru
office in India, and to be part of our growth story.

We are assembling a new international team in India dedicated to creating and enhancing AI-driven support applications, including chatbots and automation agents. The AI Application Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered features, ensuring seamless integration with the overall AI assistance platform based on AWS LLMs. As our AI-based product will be integrated with ServiceNow tool, new team will be closely cooperating with ServiceNow team.

Your Workday, Your Tasks And Mandatory Skill Set

• Designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered features and functionalities for support and service applications.
• Integrating AI models, APIs, and services (such as AWS LLMs) into end-user solutions ensuring smooth operation.
• Collaborating with Data Scientists and ML Ops engineers to deploy models effectively and efficiently.
• Optimizing AI application performance, including response times and resource usage.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code to support AI features and backend services.
• Participating in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting AI components and applications.
• Staying current with emerging AI technologies, SDKs, and best practices to incorporate new capabilities into products.
• Documenting development processes, architecture, and code for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.

You Are The Ideal Candidate If You Have

• Proven experience in software development, with a focus on AI or Machine Learning applications.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with last 2 years in GenAI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, MCP, A2A.
• Full-stack engineering exposure – Angular/React/NodeJS/Streamlit with backend in Python and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong programming skills in Python, React, Nextjs, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with AI and NLP SDKs, APIs, and cloud services (preferably AWS).
• Knowledge of integration practices for deploying AI models and APIs into scalable applications.
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, Agile environment.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience working with large language models and NLP tools.
• Background in chatbot or support automation solution development.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for AI-driven interfaces.
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a new team environment.
• Experience working in international, multicultural teams
