Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
AI/ML Engineer
with a strong background in
Agentic AI development using Python
,
voice communication systems (IVR)
, and
AI guardrail implementation
. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent agentic systems capable of autonomous reasoning, task orchestration, and secure voice-based interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy
    Agentic AI applications
    leveraging
    Python
    and modern AI frameworks.
  • Integrate
    voice-based communication systems (IVR)
    to enable human-AI interaction via speech.
  • Implement
    AI safety mechanisms and guardrails
    to ensure responsible AI behavior aligned with organizational and ethical standards.
  • Fine-tune and optimize
    LLMs (Large Language Models)
    or
    conversational AI systems
    for task-specific use cases.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
  • Evaluate new AI models, frameworks, and toolkits to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed AI systems, ensuring accuracy, performance, and compliance with internal security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
    .
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in
    AI/ML engineering
    or
    conversational AI
    development.
  • Proficient in
    Python
    and related libraries (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Experience building
    Agentic AI frameworks
    (autonomous agents, reasoning chains, workflow orchestration).
  • Strong understanding of
    IVR systems
    ,
    speech-to-text
    , and
    text-to-speech
    integration (e.g., Twilio, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Connect).
  • Demonstrated experience implementing
    guardrails
    ,
    AI safety filters
    , or
    content moderation systems
    .
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (
    AWS, Azure, or GCP
    ) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    architectures.
  • Knowledge of
    vector databases
    (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
  • Exposure to
    NLP
